The Nokia 6300 is one of the Nokia phones that has stainless steel cover and the black finish around the screen gives it a really elegant feeling.

The screen is 2 inch QVGA TFT with 16m colors and 240×320 pixels. 6300’s weight of about 90 grams ensures that it won’t make your pants fall down. It’s camera is only 2mpx, but it makes decent photos for a phone from it’s price range. It includes 8x zoom too.

The connectivity in Nokia 6300 is standart tri-band and extra connectivity extras like Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE and USB port are present. There is a built-in WAP 2.0/xHTML browser, so you won’t miss your email if you are travelling.

Entertainment features are not missing. The audio playback quality is decent and loud, and the support for a bunch of audio formats for playback like MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, H263 & H264 and video in MP4 format makes the Nokia 6300 a nice little multimedia center in your pocket. FM Radio is build in too. Gaming fans will love that 6300 has MIDP 2.0 JAVA support.

The phone comes with 7.8MB memory and an additional microSD card for 128MB comes included in the package, which may be little for the average multimedia user, but it’s not a problem since you can expand the memory to 2GB with another microSD card.

Nokia 6300 is available in 4 color variations – silver, red-silver, white-silver and black.
